Repair and maintenance of specialized over the road equipment sold by the company. Work is done at both dealer location and customer location utilizing company trucks.
Job specific training for new hires.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and devices used in the repair and diagnosis of equipment.
- Ability to work in a safe and professional manner.
- Skills in the use of a variety of hand tools, mechanical tools, jacks, and hoists.
- Welding knowledge a plus.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to work on heavy equipment.
- Dependability is essential.
- Must be a safe and courteous driver. CDL a plus.
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
